This is a late 1970's or early 1980s vintage Yves Saint Laurent green silk dress with buttons up the front. It has a gorgeous Chelsea collar, side pockets and pretty detailed cuffs on the 3/4 length puffed sleeves.

You can wear this dress in the evening or in the day depending on the accessories and shoes you choose to wear with it. It can also be worn as a coat dress!

The dress is labeled Yves Saint Laurent Rive Gauche, and was made in France.
